Associate Software Developer (DevSupport)
The Position:
The Associate Software Developer - DevSupport position is responsible for supporting the ISNetworld application. As a member of ISN’s Product team, you will be exposed to managing tickets, using SQL to identify root causes of issues and troubleshoot as needed.
Who should apply?
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
Hands on experience in writing complex SQL queries to extract, validate and analyze data for root cause identification
Knowledge of T-SQL; writing queries, stored procedures, and functions
Working knowledge of web development (ASP.NET web forms, MVC, C# or VB.NET a plus)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Solid analytical and problem-solving ability
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Handle service requests from internal and external users in an efficient and timely manner
Reverse engineer existing SQL code, data flow and logic
Import and export data on Production databases
Troubleshoot the application to identify root causes of system behavior
Analyze query performance and identify improvement areas
Be able to work with development, QA, business teams and at times directly with customers
Strive to provide the best service to all customers in every situation
Employees must be within a commutable distance to the Dallas, TX office. Relocation is required for candidates not already local to the DFW area.
In‑office attendance up to two times per week for the first 90 days of employment.
After 90 days completion, you will have an option to work remotely with at least 1 in‑person engagement required monthly (team collaboration day, ISN events, team events, performance reviews, etc.).
