Accounting Manager
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Accounting Manager to join our team in Dublin, Ohio. Responsibilities

Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.

Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports to support business decision-making.

Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards.

Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.

Collaborate with leadership to develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and oversee the preparation and coordination of audits.

Implement and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance operational efficiency.

Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Utilize accounting software such as Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, or Workday to streamline financial processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.

A minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards.

Proficiency in month-end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial audits.

Hands‑on experience with accounting systems such as Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, or Workday.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively across teams.

Certification such as CPA or CMA is preferred.
