Position Summary
The Metrology Training Conductor plays a crucial role in fostering continuous learning and excellence within Samsung Austin Semiconductor's Metrology organization. This position combines instructional design, facilitation, and data-driven management to provide employees with the technical and process knowledge essential for achieving world-class semiconductor measurement.
Role and Responsibilities
Here's What You'll Be Responsible For:
Administer a multi-faceted training program that incorporates instructor-led training, computer-based training, and practical skill demonstration to achieve desired certification.
Create and manage training schedules, track and create reports on outcomes of all training, and maintain training records for the department.
Communicate program activities and progress to leaders, team members, and stakeholders on a cadence.
Seek and gather information from management, employees and other departments regarding the effectiveness of completed training courses and drive continuous improvement activities.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and assist in the development of new and improved training content.
New hires onboarding with introduction to Metrology organization and metrology function within semiconductor introduction.
Skills and Qualifications
Here's what you'll need:
Accredited Bachelor degrees.
Able to understand basic systems used by engineers or technicians. Assist new hires to setup the account and walk them through.
Conduct preventive maintenance(PM) audit to validate PM procedure on a regular basis.
Be able to give presentations, and adapt teaching styles to different trainees.
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power point.
The current base salary range for this role is between $57,760 - $127,770. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
