Knightvest Residential is looking for a dedicated Make Ready Technician to maintain apartment standards and prepare homes for new residents in Fort Worth, Texas. This role involves completing make-ready tasks, performing repairs, and assisting with maintenance operations. Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of experience, hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical work, and must possess own tools. An EPA Certification and other maintenance certifications are preferred.
