Job Overview
Locumly is seeking qualified General Medicine Providers to perform Compensation & Pension (C&P) examinations and Separation Health Assessments for our nation’s Veterans. This is a unique opportunity to support the Veteran community by conducting non-treatment evaluations that help determine service‑related benefits.
These roles are ideal for clinicians seeking a flexible, PRN schedule with a focus on clinical assessment rather than long‑term patient management or treatment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform one‑time, non‑treatment C&P exams and separation health assessments.
Conduct evaluations that are primarily interview‑based, supplemented by focused physical assessments such as range of motion and muscle strength testing.
Review medical records and history to provide accurate clinical documentation.
Complete timely medical opinions and administrative addendums as required.
Provide objective clinical findings without prescribing medications or administering treatment.
Qualifications
Specialties Considered:
Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery, or other General Medicine backgrounds.
Experience:
Previous experience with C&P exams is a plus, but not required.
Licensure:
Active and unrestricted medical license.
Requirements:
Providers must have their own established private office or clinic space to conduct these evaluations.
Schedule & Setting
Location:
Northeast United States.
Status:
Ongoing PRN.
Flexibility:
Options for half‑day (4‑hour) or full‑day (8‑hour) blocks.
Onboarding:
