Equipment Operator

GFL Environmental - - Responsibilities: Operate heavy equipment ( excavators, front-loaders, balers, bobcats, and bulldozers ) to process, bale, and load waste materials; Perform daily inspections, fluid checks, and lubrication to ensure peak equipment performance; Conduct proactive maintenance by clearing debris from tracks and gear mechanisms; Coordinate with office and field crews using two-way radios to ensure site priorities are met; Step in for team members as needed to maintain smooth site operations
