Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Assemble complex mechanical and electrical components according to technical blueprints and schematics.
Diagnose and resolve issues with PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) to ensure seamless operations.
Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Ensure all automated machinery meets company standards for safety and performance before going live.
Log issues and follow established corrective action workflows.
Maintain tools and work areas with a focus on safety and organization.
Demonstrate independence, adaptability, and problem‑solving.
Verify build quality by checking parts and assemblies against prints and standards.
Cycle equipment to identify performance or design issues during build process.
Conduct machine testing and troubleshooting.
Drive progress to meet Win‑the‑Week goals to deliver projects on time.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Automation Technician, Maintenance Technician, or in a similar industrial role.
Proficiency in troubleshooting PLC systems.
Hands‑on experience repairing and maintaining hydraulics and pneumatics.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
Problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience: Experienced (0 years of experience are acceptable).

Compensation
Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 per year.
Work Schedule
Shift: First. Hours: 7 AM – 3:30 PM.
