Position Overview
The Director of Nursing (DON) is a key member of our leadership team, responsible for setting the clinical tone of the building. This role requires someone who can lead with clarity, act decisively, and inspire

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all clinical operations within the facility
Set and uphold
World Class Standards
in resident care, staff engagement, and clinical outcomes
Make confident, timely decisions in fast-paced situations
Recruit, coach, and retain high-performing nursing staff
Maintain full regulatory compliance and promote a culture of safety
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident-centered care
Drive continuous improvement through data, outcomes, and team feedback
What We’re Looking For
Active RN license in the State of Nebraska
Leadership experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
A track record of decisive, results-oriented leadership
Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements and best clinical practices
A commitment to developing team culture and leading by example
