$81,000 - $98,000 (depending on relevant experience)
Schedule:
45 hours per week with flexible daily start and end times

EHS Supervisor Essential Job Functions
Supervise and support all EHS activities across the facility while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including but not limited to OSHA, EPS, DOD and ATF.
Serve as the primarily liaison providing technical expertise and coaching for all EHS processes.
Perform incident investigation with emphasis on driving towards root cause(s) and effective corrective actions that prevent reoccurrence.
Own and lead the Emergency Response and Security programs and coordinate any necessary drills.
Monitor waste disposal, air emissions, and hazardous materials handling procedures.
Implement, manage, and monitor EH&S programs, policies, and procedures that minimize accidents and loss.
EHS Supervisor Minimum Requirements
Must meet one of the following set of requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent with 3+ of related EHS experience in a manufacturing setting; OR
Associate's Degree with a focus on Environmental, Health, and Safety and 1+ years of related EHS experience in a manufacturing setting
Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations including but not limited to OSHA, EPS, DOD and ATF preferred
Emergency response, first aid, or fire safety experience preferred.
Process Safety Management (PSM) experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Must possess excellent analytical, communication (verbal and written), influence change, leadership, organizational, problem‑solving, project management, and decision‑making skills.
Demonstrated ability to set priorities, manage high‑volume workload, and willingness to collaborate and support team efforts.
Ability to meet the role's physical demands, including, but not limited to, continuous standing/walking and occasionally picking up material weighing up to 50 pounds.
Location‑Specific Requirements
This position requires successful vetting as an Employee Possessor in accordance with U.S. Department of Justice and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
This position requires access to ITAR controlled technical data, and as such, employment will be contingent upon the candidate's ability to access ITAR controlled technical data pursuant to an export license approved by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, if required.
*Degree must be from a school that is accredited by an accrediting agency recognized by the Secretary of Education of the U.S. Department of Education or equivalent program from an international university.
