As a People Attraction Specialist, you don’t just fill roles. You build teams that drive our operations forward. You bring in the right talent, create meaningful candidate experiences, and help us scale our Supply Chain organization in Neuenburg am Rhein and Krefeld.

Your responsibilities

Own the end-to-end recruiting process for Supply Chain Management roles at our Krefeld and Neuenburg am Rhein locations, in line with our Recruitment Guide

Build up the workforce for our new operations center in Neuenburg am Rhein (1,200+ employees by 2027)

Drive the standardization and implementation of recruiting processes across Germany

Plan and execute on-site casting days and participate in job fairs

Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and continuously optimize the selection process (with a presence of 3 days per week on-site in Neuenburg am Rhein)

Take on the role of Inclusion Officer for Galaxus Germany, including building and further developing an internal inclusion guild

Manage and coordinate our master vendor, including responsibility for monthly time reports of external employees and related administrative tasks

Analyze relevant recruiting KPIs and drive and implement optimization measures

Your skills

Several years of experience in recruiting

You have complemented your recruiting experience with relevant professional training or certification

Fluent in German and English; French is a plus

Experience or strong interest in diversity & inclusion topics, especially for your role as Inclusion Officer

Comfortable engaging with senior leadership to challenge and improve processes, backed by presentation skills and self-confidence

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Structured, independent working style with a strong focus on execution

Ability to build trust through consistent and reliable actions

Willingness to take calculated risks to create value and drive growth
