Kadlec is seeking an exemplary board-certified/board-eligible Vascular Surgeon to join a busy team full-time in Richland, Washington. Here, you will be part of a well-established and highly experienced team of vascular surgeons while being supported by a group of hospitalists and intensivists that are available 24/7. Position Details

Monday to Friday, 36 hours schedule

1:4 reasonable call; one week at a time

In-clinic ultrasound available

24/7 trauma & acute surgery program

Physician assistant support; 6 APCs for 3.5 surgeons

Individual dedicated block time in OR, and endovascular lab weekly

Vascular surgery block time is 4 days per week in OR and 4.5 days in endovascular lab

Advanced hybrid OR suite scheduled to be completed in 2027

Minimal involvement of other specialists with peripheral endovascular interventions

New graduates are encouraged to apply-robust onboarding plan & mentorship available with the opportunity to build a busy practice quickly

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation is between $539,826 and $711,302 per year

$15K relocation and $5K CME allowances

The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
