This is a full-time, in-person role focused on servicing existing clients, quoting new business, and closing warm inbound prospects. No cold calling required. Key Responsibilities Service personal lines insurance accounts Quote, rate, and bind Property and Casualty insurance policies Manage inbound leads and new business opportunities Cross-sell and upsell appropriate insurance coverage Maintain accurate client records, policy documentation, and CRM data Qualifications Active Michigan Property and Casualty Insurance License required Minimum 1 year of insurance sales or service experience Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills Detail-oriented and self-motivated professional Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM Must be able to pass a background check Compensation and Benefits Competitive base salary, $45,000-$50,000 plus bonus and commission opportunities Simple IRA with employer match Health insurance contribution Paid time off and paid holidays after the first 90 days Consistent inbound lead flow and established client base If you are a motivated insurance professional looking to grow your book, increase earnings, and work in a stable, high-retention agency environment, this is your opportunity.
