What You'll Do
As a Tax Manager, we call them Client Controllers, you'll be the financial backbone for a portfolio of business clients and the team that serves them. You will be guiding the team and the clients with insight, accuracy, and strategy.
Take ownership client financial operations
serving as the strategic anchor for their success by delivering clarity, compliance, and actionable insights.
Deliver timely, accurate financial reporting
through QuickBooks Online, transforming data into decision-ready intelligence.
Lead comprehensive tax services
including business and individual tax preparation, proactive tax planning, and year-round projections to optimize outcomes and ensure compliance.
Advise clients on forward-thinking tax strategies
that align with their goals and evolving financial landscapes.
Mentor and develop a high-performing team
of accounting professionals, fostering growth, accountability, and excellence.
Streamline and enhance financial workflows , identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability for clients.
Partner closely with the Client CFO
to provide high-level financial guidance and collaborative support across the client portfolio.
What You Bring
Strong foundation in accounting, payroll, and tax
Leadership experience and a client-first mindset
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with precision
Expertise in QuickBooks and cloud-based accounting tools
Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (CPA or EA preferred)
Public accounting experience highly valued
