Position Description
The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks. Performance of building maintenance tasks in one or more fields. Performs general cleaning and other tasks as assigned. This is a full‑time position reporting to the General Manager.
Key Job Responsibilities
Paint, remodel, and refurbish areas as needed.
Repair, maintain, and monitor all equipment and amenities.
Clean windows and glass doors.
Change all filters for HVAC as required.
Change light bulbs, interior and exterior, as needed.
Provide on‑call maintenance for all facilities.
Oversee services that provide trash removal and cleaning.
Maintain exterior property.
Oversee daily trash removal.
Restock and clean restrooms.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
Clean and disinfect tables and counters.
Clean exterior entryway and cigarette receptacles.
Remove graffiti.
Clean, polish, and maintain floors for elevators.
Clean and disinfect community surfaces.
Perform other work‑related duties as assigned.
Must be able to work flexible hours.
