What We’re Looking For:

Responsibilities:
Installing fiber optic internet services, delivering top‑quality service, and providing product education to both residential and commercial customers.
Installation of aerial and underground fiber optic cables from servicing terminals to demarcation at the customer's premises.
Clean & connect fiber cable at the FSAI, MST, and ONT.
Must have experience with aerial and/or underground cable installation.
Must have worked at heights of 18+ feet on an extension ladder.
Strong customer communication skills & ability to explain technical issues to customers.
May climb and work at elevations (e.g., from ladders, lift trucks) exceeding 18 feet.
May perform strenuous physical activities including, but not limited to, lifting objects weighing over 75 pounds.
May perform job activities outdoors in different weather conditions (e.g., extreme cold and/or heat, inclement weather).
When working aloft, employee's weight and tools combined may not exceed the 300‑pound weight limit as specified by the manufacturer.
Requirements:
Must have their own truck, van, or SUV with a ladder rack.
Must have their own tools to perform the job.
Must have an Android smartphone.
Must have personal protective equipment (PPE) to include lace‑up boots with a defined 1/2‑inch heel, hard hat, reflective vest, fall resistor, & safety cones.
Other equipment may be required by local management.
Must be available to work flexible hours; weekend work may be required.
Must pass background check and drug test.
