Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including vital sign checks, medication administration, and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatments
Perform various tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the nurse manager or charge nurse
Demonstrate a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
Requirements:
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Pennsylvania
High school diploma or equivalent required
Years of experience as a CNA
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
