Group Lead
We are seeking a dependable Group Lead to oversee night shift operations within our manufacturing and logistics department. The Group Lead will support daily production activities, coordinate workflow, and ensure team members follow safety and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and supporting a team of production and warehouse employees during the night shift
Coordinating daily manufacturing and logistics operations to meet production goals
Monitoring workflow, productivity, and quality standards on the floor
Ensuring employees follow company safety policies and procedures
Assisting with training new team members and providing ongoing support
Communicating shift updates, production issues, and operational needs to supervisors
Assisting with inventory movement, material handling, and logistics coordination
Identifying process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Maintaining accurate documentation and shift reports
Qualifications include:
Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics environment
Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work night shift
Ability to lift, move, and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of safety procedures and production workflows
