3rd Shift Lathe Operator Hours: 10 PM-6:30 AM Must be able to train on 1st shift for 1-2 weeks 1st shift: 6am - 2pm Pay rate: $17 per hour A manufacturer and assembler of automatic clutch modules for Ford and GM. Job Duties: - Using basic hand gauges (micrometer, caliper, height gauge, etc.) and specialized gauges (surfcom, air gauge, equator, etc.) - Record machine, product, and delivery data in computer system and/or paper - Meet daily targets for safety, quality, cost, and delivery. - Using basic hand tools (allen wrench, pliers, screwdriver, etc.) to maintain machine/tooling - Will regularly stand, walk, bend, twist, carry and lift up to 50 lbs. Requirements: Pre hire quiz required (basic math test)
can miss 2 - HS Diploma/GED not required - Steel toes required, jeans, t-shirt Orientations: - Can attend Monday and Tuesday OR Thursday and Friday - Classroom setting - Day 1 (8AM-4PM), Day 2 (8:30AM-4PM) - Report to Lukas - Temp information needs sent BEFORE noon on the day prior to FCC orientations - All temps will now be required to enter our facility through the main lobby. They will no longer be able to use the turnstile at the main employee entrance Breaks - Every few hours first break 10 mins, lunch 15 mins, next break 10 mins - Large break room w/ refrigerator, vending machines - NOT ABLE TO LEAVE! - Smoking allowed in designated areas #portland
