3rd Shift Visual Inspection Line Operator Hours: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM Pay Rate: $17.00
A manufacturer and assembler of automatic clutch modules for Ford and GM. Job Description: Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process items, and finished products. Identify and report quality issues or defects and collaborate with production teams to resolve them. Maintain accurate documentation and records of inspection results and quality data. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines. Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and checklists. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Support audits and regulatory inspections, if applicable.
Requirements: Pre hire quiz required (basic math test)-can miss 4 - HS Diploma/GED not required - Steel toes required Orientations: - Classroom setting - Day 1 (8AM-4PM), Day 2 (8:30AM-4PM) - Report to Lukas - Temp information needs sent BEFORE noon on the day prior to FCC orientations - All temps will now be required to enter our facility through the main lobby. They will no longer be able to use the turnstile at the main employee entrance Breaks - Every few hours first break 10 mins, lunch 15 mins, next break 10 mins - Large break room w/ refrigerator, vending machines - NOT ABLE TO LEAVE! - Smoking allowed in designated areas
