Description
The Resident Assistant in Personal Care provides direct care for residents in a manner that maintains their dignity and well-being. This position will be performed in accordance with TANDEM LIVING Core Values, Mission Statement, and regulations.
Current Opening:
Full-time Evening Shift: 1:30 PM
10:00 PM
Part-Time Day Shift: 5:00 AM
1:30 PM
POOL positions (as needed) with a minimum requirement
Qualifications:
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
U.S. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Current CPR certification required, or willingness to obtain certification.
Responsibilities Include:
Addresses the personal hygiene needs of residents. Provides incontinent care as needed.
Assists in transporting residents who require assistance.
Distributes food trays, makes beds, and answers call bells. Keeps resident's room neat and tidy.
Completes and documents vital signs, weights, and heights of residents.
Monitors and reports health changes of residents.
