What Youll Do:
Welcome and assist pediatric patients and families
Schedule appointments and manage front desk workflow
Answer phones and respond to patient questions
Perform check-in/check-out and verify insurance
Assist with authorizations, referrals, and billing support
Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR
Support clinic teams in a fast-paced, team-based environment
