Shift: 3rd Shift 11pm-7am Monday through Friday with some daily overtime and Saturdays Pay: $17.00 an hour Location: Delphi, Indiana Pro Resources is hiring for The Andersons in Delphi, Indiana. The Andersons are a Plant Nutrient Group that produces everything from dry and liquid fertilizer to corncob-based products. The facility we are hiring for is a corncob-based operation. You'll have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of their manufacturing process. They're looking for reliable utility players to help with day-to-day operations. The role they are looking to fill is for a bag hanger. Bag Hangers: Are responsible for filling, sealing, and loading the bags onto pallets. The machines on the automated line do most of the work, but there is lifting involved. Bags can weigh up to 60 pounds. Some positions are automated, and others are manual. Requirements: Must have a valid Driver's License High School Diploma/GED 1-2 years' relevant experience Ability to frequently lift, push, and pull up to 60 pounds. Must be able to stand/sit for extended periods of time. Works indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions and temperatures. Working conditions could include dust, fumes, moderate noise, and uneven surfaces.
