What The CNA Trainee Program Offers
As a CNA Trainee, you'll receive FREE training and support while working toward becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant.
Program highlights include:
Opportunity to attend a CNA training class
Hands-on learning in a skilled nursing environment
Mentorship from experienced nurses and CNAs
Preparation for the state CNA certification exam
Potential employment opportunities with our facility after certification
What You'll Learn
During the training program, you'll gain the skills needed to provide compassionate care to residents, including:
Assisting residents with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and grooming
Helping residents with mobility and transfers
Supporting residents during meals
Taking vital signs
Observing and reporting changes in residents' conditions
Providing comfort, dignity, and companionship
