We are currently seeking compassionate and motivated individuals to join our Cna Trainee program at Absolut Center. Program Overview
Classroom instruction: Learn essential concepts of nursing theory, infection control, safety procedures, and patient care techniques.
Hands-on training: Gain practical experience through supervised clinical rotations in our nursing facility.
Certification preparation: Prepare for the state certification exam to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna).
Mentorship: Receive guidance and support from experienced nursing staff and mentors throughout the training program.
Responsibilities
Attend and actively participate in all training sessions, classes, and clinical rotations.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to learning and mastering the skills necessary to provide quality care to residents.
Follow instructions from instructors and preceptors, and ask questions when clarification is needed.
Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with residents, families, and staff members.
Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and respect for the dignity and privacy of residents.
Seek feedback and strive for continuous improvement in performance and skills.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience working with older adults, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting, is preferred but not required.
Compassionate and patient demeanor, with a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for residents.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff members.
Ability to follow directions, work independently, and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
