Operator 1, Manufacturing
Join our dynamic assembly department as an Operator 1 in Manufacturing. You will play a crucial role in operating processing and packaging equipment, ensuring quality and adherence to safety protocols.
Responsibilities
Operate processing and packaging equipment, including balances, labelers, band sealers, pumps, and filtration systems.
Weigh, measure, and check raw materials using computer interfaces to ensure correct materials and quantities for manufacturing batches.
Calibrate and operate semi-automated and automated manufacturing equipment.
Conduct in-process sampling and testing to ensure batches meet specifications.
Comply with all company safety regulations and procedures.
Follow safe practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Complete and maintain Quality Records in compliance with regulatory requirements, GMPs, and SOPs.
Maintain equipment and lab room to ensure proper operating conditions and cleanliness.
Perform other related duties as required and/or assigned.
Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
Essential Skills
Experience in assembly, packaging, and manufacturing.
Ability to operate various processing and packaging equipment.
Skill in weighing, measuring, and checking raw materials.
Proficiency in calibrating and operating semi-automated and automated equipment.
Strong adherence to safety regulations and procedures.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in completing and maintaining Quality Records.
Ability to follow safe practices and SOPs.
Experience in maintaining equipment and lab cleanliness.
Judgment and decision-making skills for determining appropriate actions.

Pay and Benefits
