This is a UD Pack, A2 Shift 7pm-7:30am Sunday/Monday/Tuesday & every other Saturday (15% Dif).
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot issues at a higher level to reduce downtime and increase efficiencies.
Drive 5S of parts and tooling across the value streams you work.
Maintain change parts and tooling in base condition.
Initiates work orders in the CMMS (Maximo) for repairs/improvements to be planned and scheduled.
Follows up on work orders initiated to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Communicates improvement opportunities through cross functional groups and the setup team.
Trouble shoots vision system faults and implements resolutions.
Troubleshoots minor equipment related issues and performs repairs.
Qualifications:
High school education or equivalent. Having a technical certificate or degree is preferred.
Electro/Mechanical experience, skills and knowledge required.
Previous technical experience with packaging equipment is preferred.
Must be a Packing Line Technician for a minimum for one year or have equivalent experience.
Has a higher level of knowledge on vision system faults and resolutions.
Understands work assignments/projects and works with limited supervision.
Pay Range: $38.8 - 69.9 USD
