Join Our Team
We're seeking a talented Pastry Cook to craft beautiful, delicious desserts that complete the Arancino dining experience. If you have a passion for pastry and the precision it takes to create memorable sweets, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
Prepare and bake pastries, cakes, and other desserts according to recipes and quality standards
Assist with daily dessert plating during service
Measure, mix, and prepare doughs, creams, and fillings
Decorate desserts with precision and creativity
Maintain a clean, organized pastry station and follow food safety guidelines
Monitor inventory of pastry ingredients and assist with ordering
What We're Looking For
Previous pastry or baking experience preferred (restaurant or bakery)
Strong attention to detail and a creative eye for presentation
Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency
Excellent time management skills in a fast-paced kitchen
Team player with a positive attitude
AM/PM availability preferred
