Stackoff Associate
As a Stackoff Associate, you will support finishing operations by stacking, palletizing, inspecting, and handling finished product as it comes off the production line. You will help ensure product quality, maintain an organized work area, and support safe, efficient production flow. This role also provides opportunities for cross-training and skill development within the Finishing Department.
Remove packed cases from the conveyor and stack product according to established procedures.
Palletize finished product and apply pallet labels accurately.
Maintain housekeeping and organization standards within the Stackoff area.
Monitor product quality by identifying and reporting carton defects.
Follow all safety rules and support equipment uptime.
Accurately enter production data into required systems.
Participate in cross-functional support activities, including preventative maintenance.
Cross-train and assist as a Feeder Inspector Packer in the Finishing Department.
High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to read and understand written materials such as instruction manuals and procedure guides.
Attention to detail and ability to identify product defects.
Ability to follow established procedures and maintain consistent work quality.
Strong work ethic and ability to maintain good attendance.
Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
