We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our distribution team. In this role, you will be responsible for picking, preparing, and organizing customer orders in a fast-paced, multi-level warehouse environment. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to teamwork.

1st shift Pick/Pack Details:
Temp-to-Hire position
$ 16.00 / hour
Full Time work available
Weekend work required
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)
Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
Walk throughout a multi-level warehouse to locate products
Frequently go up and down stairs between warehouse levels
Continuously reach, lift, push, and pull items up to 50 pounds
Safely move, organize, and relocate packages as needed
Return products to proper storage locations with accuracy
Assist in fulfilling and shipping customer orders on time
Cross-train and support multiple departments within the distribution center
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily goals
1st shift Pick/Pack Qualifications:
Ability to work overtime as needed
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Ability to frequently climb stairs throughout the shift
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds consistently
Ability to perform repetitive movements such as bending, reaching, and lifting
