Production Line Worker

Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday
Shifts:
1st Shift: 6am - 2:30pm
2nd Shift: 3pm - 11:30pm
Pay: 1st Shift - $19 an hour
2nd Shift - $20 an hour

Production Line Worker Details:
Temp-to-Hire position
$ 18.00 to $ 19.00 / hour
Full Time work available
Weekend work required
Various shifts available (Monday through Saturday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)
Perform hands-on production tasks including handling raw materials, cutting, stuffing, weighing, labeling, boxing, and palletizing products
Load, unload, and move materials/products across production lines and temperature-controlled areas using racks and carts
Inspect products for quality and consistency, reporting any defects or equipment issues to maintain company standards
Follow all food safety regulations (HACCP, USDA, FDA) and support sanitation processes to ensure a clean and compliant work environment
Production Line Worker Qualifications:
Reliable and strong work ethic with basic communication skills
Physical capability to stand for full shifts, lift/push heavy items (up to ~50100 lbs), and work in cold or variable temperature environments
Flexibility to work overtime and different shifts as needed in a fast-paced production setting
Applicant may be subject to a background check
Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
