Night Manager
Join Millennium Print Group as a Night Manager. We're looking for an experienced manufacturing leader to oversee night shift finishing operations, including overwrap and slitter production. This role is ideal for a results-driven manager who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and is passionate about operational excellence, quality, and team leadership.
Location: Raleigh, NC Schedule: Night Shift | Full-Time | Onsite Pay & Benefits: Competitive salary + bonus eligibility + full benefits package
What You'll Do
Lead and manage night shift finishing operations across overwrap and slitter work units
Partner with department leadership to achieve on-time delivery, productivity, cost, and quality targets
Align staffing and resources to meet production demands and customer requirements
Monitor production schedules, address bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions proactively
Partner with supervisors and maintenance to diagnose and resolve equipment and operational issues
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and reduce waste
Ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, ISO, QMS, and company policies
Review performance, provide coaching, and support employee development
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in a related field (master's degree preferred)
8+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or production operations
Experience managing finishing, overwrap, slitter, or similar production environments
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, ISO, OSHA, or continuous improvement methodologies
Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and drive operational results
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing information systems (MIS)
