Summary
Join Millennium Print Group as an Overwrap Operator! We're looking for an Overwrap Operator to join our manufacturing team in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you'll operate overwrap equipment and support a small production team to deliver high-quality products that meet customer and production standards.
Location: Raleigh, NC Schedule: Onsite Shift Pay & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay + full benefits package
What You'll Do
Operate overwrap equipment to produce wrapped products meeting quality and productivity goals
Set up jobs according to job instructions and production requirements
Lead and coordinate feeder operators during production runs
Troubleshoot routine mechanical issues and make basic machine adjustments
Inspect wrapped products and sample packs throughout the shift
Communicate job status and equipment conditions during shift changes
Record production data and downtime accurately in production systems
Follow safety, quality, SOP, and ISO standards
What You'll Bring
High School diploma or equivalent
1+ year of manufacturing or equipment operation experience
Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
Ability to lead and work effectively in a team environment
Strong communication and attention-to-detail skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting
