Receptionist Position
We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist at Jaguar Land Rover Richmond. This position will be specifically focused on the Jaguar Land Rover dealership in Midlothian, Virginia. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests, as well as managing cashier duties and maintaining a neat and welcoming reception area.

Responsibilities
Greet all guests in a friendly and professional manner
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
Handle customer inquiries and requests with prompt and courteous service
Manage cashier duties, including processing payments and reconciling daily transactions
Maintain a clean and tidy reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry as needed
Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Uphold company policies and procedures, including safety regulations
Attend training and development sessions to enhance customer service skills
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Must be able to work weekends and some holidays
