Receptionist
Audubon St. Francis is an Ambulatory Surgery Center with the latest state of the art equipment and highly skilled staff. We are committed to producing the highest quality of work and experience for patients and their families.
Under the day-to-day general direction of the Office Manager, the Front Office Receptionist handles and routes all incoming calls and greets patients and patient families. Additionally, the Receptionist is responsible for insurance verification as needed, cash collections, and the correct handling of patient charts.
Required Skills:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
One year of previous experience or some hospital or ASC clerical experience preferred.
Must be competent in the use of basic office equipment including computer, printer, telephone, and fax.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and remain poised and professional when interacting with potentially hostile patients and family members.
Must possess excellent clerical and organizational skills.
$18-23/hour
