Dump Truck Operator
In this role, you will safely operate dump trucks to transport aggregates, sand, gravel, and other construction materials to job sites throughout the region. As a key member of our operations team, you will help ensure timely material delivery while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate tandem axle and/or tri-axle dump trucks
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain accurate daily logs
Load and unload materials at quarries, job sites, and our facilities
Deliver materials to construction sites, ensuring proper placement and customer satisfaction
Follow all DOT regulations, company safety policies, and traffic laws
Maintain clean equipment and report any mechanical issues promptly
Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and customers
Assist with other duties as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications
Valid Class A or Class B CDL with clean driving record
Current Medical Card (DOT Physical)
Minimum 2 years of verifiable dump truck driving experience preferred
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Reliable transportation to and from work
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks
High school diploma or GED preferred
