Administrative Office Support

Everstaff is seeking a dependable Administrative Support Specialist for a growing industrial organization in Solon, OH to assist with daily office operations and provide support across multiple departments. This role involves a variety of clerical, operational, and coordination tasks that help maintain efficient internal processes and support customer-related documentation and order management. Compensation: $35,000

$40,000 annually Schedule: Full-Time | Standard Daytime Hours Employment Type: Direct Hire Location: Onsite in Solon, OH
Key Responsibilities

Enter and maintain transactional data such as invoices, credits, and other financial records in internal systems
Assist with processing and maintaining customer orders within company databases
Provide administrative support to customer service and sales teams when needed
Prepare documents, maintain spreadsheets, and create templates or forms as required
Review shipping and freight documentation for accuracy
Provide backup support for accounts payable and invoicing functions
Review outgoing documentation related to customer orders and ensure records are complete
Prepare and maintain documentation templates used for product certifications or compliance records
Assist with tracking and processing internal production or operational orders
Provide administrative assistance to the purchasing function, including follow-up on orders or documentation
Support management with reports, data organization, and general administrative needs
Perform additional administrative duties as assigned to support daily operations
Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of administrative or office experience preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing priorities Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience maintaining spreadsheets and organized digital records Experience with accounting or ERP software is a plus Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused attitude
Physical Requirements

Ability to perform general office activities including standing, walking, and using standard office equipment Occasional lifting of office supplies or materials up to approximately 20 pounds
