Customer Support Specialist Location: Bedford Heights, OH Pay: $25/hr Shift: 2nd About the Role A growing service organization is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to manage high-volume customer follow-up, work orders, and service coordination. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and excels at keeping operational workflows moving accurately and on time. You will serve as a key link between customers, technicians, and internal teams - ensuring service requests, escalations, and documentation are handled with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities Manage 40+ daily follow-ups including quotes, work orders, and issue resolution Handle inbound/outbound customer communication via phone and email Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours Oversee work order setup, tracking, and completion for invoicing Support first-level escalations related to technical issues and pricing Assist in service issue resolution and RMA processing Maintain accurate system documentation and customer records Update third-party platforms and internal tracking systems Ensure service tickets are properly closed and ready for billing
What We're Looking For 2+ years in customer service, operations, or technical support role Strong communication and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment Experience with work order systems, CRM tools, or service platforms preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
