We are looking for a talented individual based in Oregon to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist! You'll join our Program Team in Portland, Oregon delivering program implementation and administrative services to an Oregon based non-profit client. In this role you'll supporting a range of services speaking with customers and contractors through both phone and email in both English and Spanish on a variety of topics.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
Enters and maintains various database(s).
Reviews contractor submissions to ensure alignment with program requirements
Maintains knowledge of company products, services, and customer service processes & procedures.
Communicates and properly directs customers and contractors to resolve disputed rebate claim data.
Provides expertise and guidance to customers in interpreting policies to assure program participation and compliance.
Provides expertise and guidance to contractors in interpreting policies to assure program participation and compliance along with technical support and programmatic training

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have:
2-4 years relevant experience
Experience and knowledge in the Energy Efficiency realm
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Fluency in Spanish
Target Compensation: $60,000
Compensation Range: $48,800.00 - $66,300.00
Currency: USD
Type: Salary
Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
