Job Description

We are looking to recruit an energetic, detail-oriented Parking Attendant to maintain our lot and ensure that prices and quantities are accurate, accept payments, issue receipts, answer inquiries, and provide helpful information to customers about products, promotions, or item location. You will also respond to complaints, process refunds or exchanges of items, and maintain a clean workspace.

Location

DTLA Area - Attendants will be moved around to various locations. Hiring Manager contact number: Ricardo (213) 223-7032.
Qualifications

HS Diploma or equivalent required.
1-2 years of experience preferred.
Able to calculate and perform basic arithmetic functions in the application of revenue accounting and cash accounting.
Must have excellent verbal communication skills and basic computer skills.
Must be able to work in a team environment.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities

Exceptional customer service
Assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
Drive guest's vehicles to the designated parking space in a safe manner
Follow company's policies and procedures
Check for any car damages before issuing claim ticket
Note all necessary information on the ticket
Must secure all car keys
Retrieve guest's vehicle from the specified area in a safe manner
Assist guests with opening/closing doors, etc.
Knowledgeable of the area, hotel/loft, directions and events
Able to drive manual and automatic vehicles
