Full-time: 2nd Shifts available (5:45am
4:15pm)
Starting Rate: $23.88 + Shift Differentials

Maintaining standards for all materials and products.
Maintaining all products for proper testing and receiving.
Maintaining communication with production coworkers and supervisors.
Maintaining quality & safety standards.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher.
Minimum two (2) months of previous experience of operating production machinery.
Working 810-hour shifts, overtime, extended hours, weekend, holidays (as needed), and short notice shift coverage.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Basic computer knowledge
6 months to 1 year of operating production machinery.
Ability to read blueprints.
Knowledge of Inventory Systems.
Working a team/group

The starting rate of pay for this position is $23.88. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
