The work environment is modern, clean, and well-organized, with a beautiful building constructed in recent years. You can look forward to clear opportunities for advancement, as promotion from within is a core focus and the goal is to bring people on as permanent employees within about six months. Once hired on, you receive excellent benefits from day one, including eligibility for profit sharing that has consistently paid out when company goals are met, as well as a 401(k) with a 6% match and tuition reimbursement to support your long-term growth. The culture values employees, provides a supportive environment, and even allows the use of headphones once fully trained, helping you stay focused and comfortable throughout your shift.
This role is based on the production floor in a medically regulated manufacturing environment that does not require clean room attire for this department. The facility is modern, very organized, well lit, and kept clean, with the building constructed only a few years ago. Work in this specific role is primarily standing at machine stations, with floor mats provided for comfort, although some related areas in the facility may involve sitting at times. The facility includes a spacious, well-equipped break room with multiple vending machines, refrigerators, and microwaves.
