Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Plasma Machine Operator to join our team in Glastonbury, CT. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with consistent daytime hours. The ideal candidate will have strong measuring skills and the ability to accurately read a ruler.
Responsibilities:
Operate plasma cutting machinery safely and efficiently
Measure and cut materials according to specifications
Read and interpret basic work instructions and measurements
Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy of cuts
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
Requirements:
Ability to read a ruler and perform precise measurements
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Basic manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
Reliable and punctual
