We are seeking a Full-Time Restaurant Associate- Lion's Den Café located at our Welcome Center, to join our dedicated Café staff! You will assist with guest orders, serving, prepping, food service, and cleaning in our professional Café/Kitchen. Must be available to work Full-Time including weekends. Excellent Pay and Benefits! Come join our team and serve for a cause!
Responsibilities
Cashier duties
Stock/Inventory
Memorize, record, and comprehend menu items, abbreviations, plate appearance, and portions
Follow standard ordering and communicate special diet orders
Operate standard Café equipment safely and efficiently
Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
Clean and maintain Café equipment, utensils, and overall Restaurant
Work as a team to serve our guests while providing excellent customer service
Qualifications
Previous experience in cooking, restaurants, food service, or other related fields: Preferred but no required.
Strong attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work well in teams
Required/Other
Valid Drivers License and reliable own vehicle
High School Diploma/GED
Able to lift 50lbs or more
Able to stand for long periods of time
Perform other duties as requested
Ability to work as a team
