Wholesale Intake Administrator - Houston Office
Wholesale Intake Administrator will be preparing loans for submission to Underwriting and/or Processing. You will upload and review documents and order mortgage services before assigning to our Underwriting/Processing team.
Primary Job Duties:
Upload and sort loan documents to imaging system in a timely manner
Arrange for loans to move to Underwriting/Processing
Order services such as Appraisals, Flood, Fraud Guard, Case Assignments, etc.
Assist management on pipeline reports and projects
Provide administrative support for the operations team
Performs any other related duties as assigned or as necessary.
Work overtime as needed
Attend & Participate in Meetings via Teams
Required Experience:
Must be able to work in the Houston Office M-F
1+ year related experience preferred
Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret procedures, manuals, policies, and regulations.
Above average oral, written communication skills, customer service, and analytical skills.
Intermediate working knowledge of PC applications (Word, Excel, MS Outlook)
