Full-Time Nights Opportunity
A healthcare facility in Southern Arizona is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Technologist (MT) for a full-time night shift opportunity. This is a great role for someone looking for a consistent schedule and hands-on lab experience in a supportive setting.
Position Details:
Full-time, permanent role
Schedule: MondayThursday, 9:00 PM
7:30 AM
Perform lab testing and specimen analysis
Maintain lab equipment and supplies
Work under the supervision of the Laboratory Manager
Responsibilities:
Collect and analyze laboratory specimens
Ensure accuracy and quality of test results
Maintain and troubleshoot lab instruments as needed
Follow all laboratory protocols and CLIA regulations
Assist Laboratory Manager with additional duties as needed
Requirements:
Associates degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
MLT certification (or eligible) through an accredited agency preferred
Must meet CLIA requirements (Subpart M)
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to perform all core laboratory functions
CPR certification required
Bilingual is a plus
