Night Shift Welding Supervisor $1480 WEEKLY Join Savard Personnel Group - where your skills are valued! Key requirements: High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certification in welding preferred Welding experience (MIG required; TIG/Stick a plus) Supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing setting Strong knowledge of welding processes, materials, and fabrication techniques Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation Supervise and coordinate daily activities of welders and welding operators Ensure production schedules, output targets, and deadlines are met Monitor weld quality and ensure compliance with company and industry standards Train, coach, and evaluate employees on welding techniques, safety, and performance Enforce all safety policies, procedures, and proper use of PPE Interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve issues Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste Maintain accurate production and performance records Assist with troubleshooting equipment and coordinating repairs when needed Shifts: 6:00 PM - 5:30 AM Monday - Friday some Saturdays Duration: Direct hire
