Talking Rock Golf Club is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of a full-time Dishwasher! Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean, sanitize and properly stock all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware
Maintain cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler, sweeping and mopping
Empty the kitchen trash receptacles and properly dispose of garbage
Perform daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system
Store all dishes and other wares in proper areas
Incorporate safe work practices in job performance
Perform other duties as required
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
