Meat Cutter

Responsible for meat operation including but not limited to preparing, storing, cutting, cleaning, and serving meat.
Essential functions include monitoring food distribution, cleaning and sterilizing dishes and equipment, maintaining coolers and displays, observing shift hours, providing customer service, maintaining communication with the meat manager, controlling shrink, preparing and serving food, maintaining proper records, conducting inventory, ensuring product rotation, maintaining proper temperatures, ensuring safety procedures, cleaning and maintaining the meat department, and cutting beef and pork correctly.
Position qualifications include accountability, adaptability, autonomy, communication, creativity, customer orientation, detail orientation, energy, enthusiasm, friendliness, motivation, organization, patience, presentation skills, reliability, self-motivation, time management, and working under pressure.
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
Experience: Prior experience preferred.
Physical demands include lifting, standing, walking, sitting, handling, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
