Manufacturing Machine Operator
United Talent Staffing is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Manufacturing Machine Operator to operate and monitor production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to troubleshoot basic machine issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate assigned production machinery
Perform machine start-ups, shutdowns, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting (with training)
Monitor product quality and report defects or issues to supervision or Quality Control
Load raw materials and replenish packaging supplies as needed
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
Assist team members and provide coverage on Production Line during breaks when required
Follow production orders and safety procedures
Participate in safety meetings and required training
Shift & Pay:
1st Shift: $14.50/hr | 7:30 AM
3:30 PM
2nd Shift: $15.00/hr | 3:30 PM
11:30 PM
3rd Shift: $15.50/hr | 11:30 PM
7:30 AM
Schedule: Rotating days off (5 days on / 2 days off)
Requirements:
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to follow written instructions and safety procedures
Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to safely use hand tools and basic measuring tools
Must complete required machine training prior to operation
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 30 lbs
