Stamping Press Operator (1st Shift)
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stamping Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining stamping press machinery to produce high-quality parts that meet customer and industry standards. Automotive manufacturing experience is preferred but not requiredwere willing to train motivated candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate stamping press equipment safely and efficiently
Perform routine maintenance and machine calibration
Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications
Conduct quality control inspections to ensure product standards are met
Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major concerns
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Automotive manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
